Sports Coached- Cycling (road, mtb, cyclocross) and Multisport Athletes.

Certifications - USAC Level 3 Coach, certified Spinning Instructor and certified in CPR and First Aid for adults and children.

Experience - I have been cycling since 1996. I started first on the mountain bike and worked my way up the ranks to Expert. In 2002 I needed a change so I decided to give road racing a try.

The road is a very different type of riding and it really made me question how to improve my overall fitness. From there the journey began. I pride myself to help others improve overall fitness levels as well as my own.

As of now I am currently racing both disciplines, but really getting back to the mountain bike. I race Expert mtb and Cat 2 on the road.

As for my day to day job I am currently Head Mechanic and Resident Bike Fitter at The Cyclery & Fitness Center in Edwardsville, Illinois.
